The proposed new modern-style Elks Lodge complex would be situated on a 122,872 square foot parcel that would be located in the area that is presently the front parking lot of the existing Elks Lodge. The total floor area of the proposed two-story lodge would be 37,500 square feet. There will be 126 grade-level parking spaces around the entire Elks Lodge complex.
