New two story, 78,000 sf, office building located in a prime location in Palo Alto. Consisting of precast concrete panels, glass exterior, prefinished perforated soffit panels, metal roof panels and gutters. A 9.4 kw photo voltaic system consisting of 66 solar panels with two inverters. Landscaping has dry stream channels, bioswales, interpretive garden, public art sculpture, wood observation deck and wood bridges made with recycled utility poles as posts.
