This project includes approximately 600,000 sf of office buildings, a 6-story hotel and 14,000 sf of retail at the intersection of Interstate 580 and Tassajara Road. The center of the site is occupied by three 4-story office buildings centered around a landscaped plaza. The buildings are oriented to maximize views to the northern mountains and promote high visibility from the freeway.

Completion: 2000
